Return Policy


1.      Return Information  

In addition to your legal cancellation right, we offer you a voluntarily additional right to return goods purchased from our online store.


2.      Changes to this Return Policy 

We may alter this Return Policy, or any part, at any time. Any changes will apply to your use of our Site the first time you use it after the changes have been implemented. You are advised to check this page every time you use our Site. If any part of the current version of this Return Policy conflicts with any previous version(s), the current version shall prevail unless we explicitly state otherwise.


3.      How to Return (Your UK Consumer Rights) 

3.1.                   Subject to your right to partially cancel your Order under the Terms and Conditions, if you cancel for any reason after the products have been dispatched or delivered to you, you must return the products to us or arrange for the collection.

 

3.2.                   Use the return label provided in you parcel, or if you don’t have a return label, you can return the products to us in person.

 

3.3.                   For returns:

 

3.3.1.                       All returns are made to your nearest ‘drop off’ site via Royal Mail.

 

3.3.2.                       Please ensure that the products are returned during our normal business hours, between 09:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday, and excluding public holidays if delivered to us.

 

3.3.3.                       Please ensure that you obtain your receipt & returns tracking number via email when dropping off your return parcel.

 

3.3.4.                       Products must be unused, sealed and in resaleable condition for your return to be accepted.

 

3.4.                   Return costs will be covered by us if:

 

3.4.1.                       products are faulty or misdescribed;

 

3.4.2.                       you cancel and end the Contract because of upcoming changes to these Terms of Sale that you do not agree to;

 

3.4.3.                       you cancel and end the Contract because of upcoming changes to the products that you do not agree to;

 

3.4.4.                       you cancel and end the Contract because there is a risk that delivery of the products will be substantially delayed due to events outside of our control;

 

3.4.5.                       you cancel and end the Contract because you have a legal right to do so due to something we have done wrong.

 

3.5.                   Returning costs in all other circumstances are for your account, including where you elect to exercise your right to change your mind during the cooling-off period.


4.      Refunds

It can take up to 14 working days for us to receive the goods, conduct our quality checks and issue the refund. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction.
